Let Go

Often times as seasons change, we like to wallow in what is behind us. We enjoy the warm embrace of the summer heat, the warm cuddles of our favorite cloths in the winter, or even the fresh blooms that the spring time brings. We treat things, situations, jobs, and people the same way. When it is time to move on, we like to wallow in our past. Their warm embrace, the perks of a job no longer serving our purpose, keeping the door of communication open——but the time is up. The season has passed.

As we watch leaves spiral to the ground in the fall, we are reminded that nature's cycles are mirrored in our lives. Autumn is a time for letting go and releasing things that hold no more time in the meter. Not everything is a burden. Some things happen to teach us a lesson or open up a new path that has been blocked. When you find yourself stuck or you began to take heed to your intuition, it is then time to reevaluate the situation(s). It is time to let go as this season is now over. It has become a burden or roadblock and you are not able to ascend.

Once the leaves change colors and fall, ask yourself…

What is it time for me to let go of?
